Rene

Director

Rene Seale is a physiotherapist and the proud director and founder of Rene Seale Physiotherapist Inc. Rene has worked extensively in the field, eventually venturing into independent practise and steadily growing Rene Seale Physiotherapist Inc. into the thriving establishment it is today. The greater portion of her career has been spent at the esteemed Constantiaberg Mediclinic, learning and adapting and becoming one of the foremost physiotherapy practices.  Rene Seale holds both a BSc and MSc from the University of Cape Town and completed the OMT and CPT1 courses developed by the South African Society of Physiotherapy. She is a keen advocate for physiotherapy, having previously served on the SASP CPRG GEC and is currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Stellenbosch. Apart from physio, Rene is happily married and Mom to 2 young boys and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. Rene is motivated and driven and believes that kindness and a smile goes a long way. Together with her dynamic team of physiotherapists and administrative staff, Rene leads the team, navigating the private hospital space, and ensuring that Rene Seale Physiotherapists Inc. provides quality care for all patients in need.

Dana

Clinical Lead & Senior Physiotherapist

Dana Carelse is our Clinical Lead and Senior Physiotherapist at Rene Seale Physiotherapist Inc. Born and proudly from Mitchell’s Plain, Cape Town. She attended Sans Souci Girls’ High School in Newlands and later pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of the Western Cape. She holds a degree in Sport Science (2009–2012), but her true calling led her to Physiotherapy, which she pursued from 2013–2016. She completed her community service in Port Shepstone, KZN. Dana has recently completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy, which focused on Health Risk Behaviors in adolescence and their impact on health in adulthood. She is a driven, focused individual and hardworking, but also loves spending time with her friends and loved ones. Dance was and has always will been her first love, but lately, her focus has been on running. Her goal this year is to complete three 21km races and inevitably concurring a full marathon in the near future. Dana’s work ethic and overall vibrant attitude, adds such a bright nature to our hospital, and is a welcomed presence in a pressured environment where individuals are facing the hardest battles of their lives.

Robyn

Physiotherapist

Robyn Moses (née Hawes) is married with children and grew up in Bo-Kaap. She studied at UCT and graduated in 2012. After graduation, she completed her community service in Barberton, Mpumalanga. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active by running. Her career began at Constantiaberg Mediclinic, where she worked from 2014 to 2016. She has experience in sports, both on and off the field, across rugby, soccer, cricket and touch rugby (this includes 1 cricket World Cup and 2 touch rugby World Cups). Currently, she is a permanent physiotherapist with Rene Seale Physiotherapist. Robyn has developed a special interest in chest physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping people recover and improve their quality of life. Her dedication to her profession is matched by her love for an active and social lifestyle. Her years of experience, kind and approachable nature, makes her a welcomed addition to the team. Her ability to communicate with patients and staff, fostering relationships and building report, make her invaluable to our team.

Sam

Administrative Manager

Samantha Lamprecht, is the practice administrative manager department at Rene Seale Physiotherapist Inc. With 31 years in Military as well as Medical administrative skills. Her role involves capturing of new patient’s details, chasing debt, ordering stock, liaising with medical aids, invoice processing, reconciliation, and month end reporting. She works closely with our nominated accounting firm, to deliver high quality processing in keeping with all requirements and legislations. She works tirelessly ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and security of our patients’ information. Our administration department is run remotely, with effective communication strategies between all members of the team and third parties. She is very family orientated and believes in hard work and a positive outlook on life. She strives to be kind and caring. If there is a problem, she always does her utmost to solve it, working together with the patient, medical aid schemes and various service providers. Sam’s unique skills and strong work ethic, keeps our practise afloat, making her a valued and an integral part of our team.

Additional Physiotherapy Team Members

We are also proudly assisted by Physiotherapists who are contracted to service weekend and/or public holiday work or ad-hoc. They are all uniquely qualified, specifically chosen for their expertise and skills, and uphold the same standard of care synonymous with Rene Seale Physiotherapist Inc. and in fulfilment of the necessary requirements of our patients. They are included in all training and staff development and are supported by all the policies and protocols established for Rene Seale Physiotherapist Inc. These individuals form an integral part of our service delivery model and have all become valued members of the team, ensuring a high standard continuum of care.
